The "International Forum on Gathering Wisdom of Scientific and Technological Innovation and the Director-General Meeting of ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance (ZGCTA)" (please see the appendix) is scheduled to be held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China on October 15-16 (Beijing time) to discuss international scientific and technological innovation as well as the construction and development of the ZGCTA. The theme of the forum is Openness and cooperation·Equality and inclusiveness. We hereby sincerely invite you to send 1-2 representatives for your institution to attend the forum.

Since its establishment in 2020, ZGCTA has been committed to building a platform, conducting cooperation, promoting exchanges and serving society. So far, the ZGCTA has developed into an international multilateral exchange and cooperation platform in science and technology. It is composed of 72 high-level think tanks, which spread over 12 countries and cover six categories including comprehensive think tanks, science and technology think tanks, economic think tanks, industry think tanks, publishing and media think tanks and enterprise think tanks. The ZGCTA has gathered more than 100 high-level talents including Nobel Prize winners, academicians from China and overseas, heads of international organizations, chief experts of high-level think tanks, etc. Michael Levitt, the 2013 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, is appointed as a special honorary consultant.

In order to promote the construction and development of the ZGCTA in a better way, the topics of this forum include academic seminars, discussions of the work of the ZGCTA and field research.
